Meredith wanted to be a writer someday. She certainly had the imagination for it. In fact, her amazing talent for inventing things began to get totally out of hand.
It started when Meredith bought herself a fancy, romantic valentine. Then she created her very own dream guy. A guy who was crazy about her! The problem was, her friends thought he was real. And, of course, everybody wanted to meet this hunk. Her pals even expected her to bring him to the school dance. Meredith was in a pickle. She was so tongue-tied and shy around boys. Who could she find to help her out?
