Who will be the killer's next target? Adventurous couple Jessie and Neal Fox head south from California on their sailboat to realize their dream of cruising exotic Mexican ports.

But after they identify three murderers fleeing U.S. authorities in a stolen powerboat, Jessie and Neal become targets of terror. After surviving several malicious attacks, they fight back by enlisting the aid of friends in the sailing community and a retired Mexican diplomat to hunt down the killers in a deadly game of cat and mouse.
