About This Book

Mrs. Millionaire is a series of fictional stories with heartwarming endings. Each story revolves around an unfortunate individual or family who crosses paths with Tilly. She helps them out of financial problems or situations and gives them a new lease on life. Mrs. Millionaire is a symbol of hope, generosity, and kindness. This book emphasizes the notion that everyone deserves a second chance.

Following his wife's death, Dexter Curtis accepts a position at a textile company. He moves to Connecticut, determined to provide a better life for his four children. The family settled into their new surroundings and made friends with their neighbors.

However, a colleague at Dexter's job is cruel and jealous of him. His badmouthing of Dexter behind his back and questioning his authority and decision-making made Dexter look unprofessional in front of his co-workers.

Dexter's reputation was further damaged when a job order mysteriously disappeared from his computer, resulting in his termination. He becomes depressed when he cannot find work and turns to alcohol for relief. A tragic accident left him unconscious, and he fell into a coma. Child Protective Services placed his children in a temporary shelter until they could make other arrangements for them. Upon learning about their impending separation, the children stow away in a van and run away to stay together.

It is an emotionally charged story that centers on Dexter and his children, who face a dilemma: Is there a chance for reconciliation and reunification for the family? What will happen to the siblings?
