Mr. Darcy's Pursuit

Elizabeth Bennet's wayward sister Lydia is lost and Fitzwilliam Darcy cannot save the Bennet family's reputation. Elizabeth's father is devastated by the chain of events, and dies of a broken heart, leaving Elizabeth Bennet and her sisters and mother homeless and in disgrace. After months of pursuit, Mr. Darcy employs Elizabeth as his sister's companion.
