Babs has been adjusting well to life at the North Pole these past couple years. She loves the missions she and her husband Dominik go on to save the children, to where she doesn't really miss her old life at all. Although elfin magic has taken some getting used to, it does make things a lot more, shall we say, convenient? Especially when hard cases turn up, and they have to rely on help from their friends at Santa Central.
This year, however, they may have found their toughest case yet. When Santa receives a letter about a child who's been kidnapped by his mother, Dom and Babs investigate further, and they soon learn there's a problem going on involving more than just one missing child. Dom always said he wouldn't kill anyone, but this case may call for more violent measures.
They soon realize it will take more than a sledgehammer and a baseball bat to bust up a drug ring that may be trafficking more than dope.
