Eureka Springs is picture perfect. As an artist and writer, Lauren recognizes the wonderful possibilites in creating a book about the once thriving resort town. First, however, she must find a job.

When she is hired to work as a hostess and tour guide at Fraser House, she is thrown together with the owner David Fraser. She immediately recognizes the veiled pain in his eyes, a look that she has often faced in the mirror. Afraid to love and lose again, David and Lauren come to terms with a past that has left them vulnerable and heartbroken. Will the love of God and one little girl be enough to build a life of happiness from the ashes of memories that threaten th destroy them both?
