Morton

Walking down the street, Morton stopped in front and read the sign: "Sootle's, Fine Dining and Home Cooked Meals". Below that another sign, "No we don't serve frog legs or (in very big bold letters) TURTLE SOUP!"

Entering the establishment, Morton saw several tables, a bar with four stools, and a very large turtle with an apron on. He says to himself with a chuckle. "I guess I won't be ordering the TURTLE SOUP!"
