Everyone has secrets, but some are worse than others.
Britt's main goal has been to keep the secret that her boyfriend, Alex, is a shape shifting wolf. At least that was until Ronny, her best friend, got mixed up in the whole mess. Zane, Britt's ex-boyfriend wants to date Ronny, and Ronny is quickly rebounding from her recent break up from a popular jock. None of this would matter if Alex didn't suspect Zane of being the wolf that attacked Britt. If that wasn't enough on Britt's plate, then adding the fact that Alex can't get close to Britt without endangering her life would be. With Britt wanting so badly to trust Alex, it seems unlikely when she knows that he has been keeping things from her. All Britt wanted was to be with Alex and live happily, but she soon comes to realize that it may never happen, especially with what's to come in, Moon Beasts, Part Two in the Heart of the Moon Series.
