Detective Seth Wolf is anticipating well-earned downtime when he visits the Swaying Rock dude ranch in Montana. But a chance encounter with Jenna Magee changes his plans. Someone has tampered with the horse trainer's truck and vandalized her home, leaving behind a threatening message. When her beloved horse is suddenly missing, the search leads them into the mountains, where they must fight both nature and an assailant intent upon dealing the final blow.
