Monk's Hollow

Aside from the household staff, old Agatha Pentland lived in isolation in Monk's Hollow. This Christmas weekend, however, the house would ring with the laughter of two handsome young men and two beautiful young women - among them, lovely Sally Morgan, Agatha's estranged niece, and Alec Carpenter, son of her oldest friend.

But behind the holiday gaiety lurked a spirit of malevolence, as Sally became Agatha's favorite. For someone was trying to kill Sally - someone who valued an inheritance over human life.

But surely not Alec, who stood to lose what Sally would gain - with whom Sally was unwillingly falling in love....
