The Coriolis crew is headed to Geren. The planet is nothing more than a vast network of prisons and was once the Syndicate's pride and joy. Now, it's a hotbed of crime where the disillusioned and disparate disappear to when they don't want to be found. Once there, Carter enlists a group of former Marines, and they help him set up a base of operations.

It's going to take every resource they all possess to quell the conspirators behind the Syndicate coup. The trick is to do it without alerting anyone -- including the criminal residents of Geren -- that Joren still lives.
