Misunderstanding at Pemberley

What if Mr. Darcy was too distracted by other matters to interfere in his friend Charles Bingley’s personal affairs? That’s exactly what happened when an unexpected and most unwelcome guest attended the Netherfield Ball. Now, months later, Darcy has seen the depth and authenticity of Jane Bingley’s love for her new husband and he feels no reason to interfere in such a happy marriage. There is still the issue of Miss Elizabeth Bennet, Jane’s younger sister. Darcy is finding fewer and fewer excuses to stay away from her now that the whole party has retired to Pemberley. With his resolve tested to its very limits, can Mr. Darcy atone for the past and make Elizabeth see that his prejudice has long since been replaced by the most ardent affection?
