About This Book
Simply stated, I've solved the mystery surrounding the Bermuda Triangle. Although you can't actually see them, there are people living out there in another physical dimension. Well, they're not exactly people, and they're not exactly what you would call living, either. In reality, they are costumed ghosts haunting a missing ocean liner. And even more bizarre, they are in the company of a family of half-human alligators. I know what you're thinking; I found this somewhat strange, myself. Before I delve further, here is a bit about my background and qualifications to convey such an astonishing revelation. Contrary to what you may be thinking, I am not an escaped mental patient; I'm a Florida private investigator. There is a slight (but discernable) difference. The circumstances surrounding my remarkable discovery are contained in my first penned exposé about this phenomenon entitled Mission Statement. My investigation began when I came upon a map of sunken 1715, Spanish treasure ship. This led me to an underwater location within the confines of mysterious Bermuda Triangle. What happened next was sheer magic-literally. Guess who else is lurking around out there. Merlin the Sorcerer; go figure! He informed me of a crisis (a centuries old squabble with his twin brother Taliesin) and requested my professional assistance in resolving this matter, once and for all. I cheerfully agreed when he explained that if he was not triumphant, the result would be the systematic destruction of every living thing on planet earth. It was late October of 1999, and this ongoing sibling rivalry had to be resolved before the turn of the new millennium. With the help of the alligator people and ghosts, ultimately, we did prevail, even though we had to resort to some creative trickery. In the end, I didn't get to keep the Spanish treasure that I found, but at least I helped save the world from an ancient prophecy and certain global annihilation.
