Ahmed is back! It has to be him all the signs point to it so Kenneth and Marilyn Fisher come out of retirement to try to finish what was started eight years ago. Jesse Morrison from Homeland Security is not as sure as Kenneth is about the person behind the killing of a Federal employee. What he does know is that the employee's friend, Helen Armstrong, is in danger because of what she may know. It would seem that the new technology has enabled the terrorists to reach more people for their cause. Moving into the twenty-first century with the use of the internet has made it harder for law enforcement to track down criminals including terrorists. So can Kenneth and Marilyn finish what they started all those years ago or will Ahmed win out once more and get away one more time? Can Jesse keep Helen from getting killed or will she join the long list of the terrorist's victims? Jesse wants to keep her safe for himself as much as for her own safety.
