Inspired by the author's own experiences at university, MASK begins with four students in their first semester. Problems back home, the burden of secrets, and a growing sense of regret means that they are already in need of a break - and where better than at Sarah's house? Her father has invited friends to stay, and a party is planned. But for every friend there is an agenda. Plots are rippling beneath the fun and fancy dress. Risks taken. Rules broken.
