In any case, everyone respects and loves the witch, because her fellow villagers have no other choice. Once a messenger arrived in the village, which made Cartram very angry. He reported that the Emperor ordered all unmarried people to marry and have children, single men, of course, this also applies. This is necessary in order for the Empire to increase the number of inhabitants with a magical gift. Upon learning this, Cartramah was horrified, because for the time period set in the decree, she could not fall in love with anyone, even forcibly. To fulfill the will of the emperor and remain free, the witch decides to marry a local fool, but she still does not know what trap she can fall into, because in this world she is not alone with cunning and a sharp mind.
