The world has changed, and Jack is its new ruler. Having delivered his firmware update to all those in possession of HF-Tech's chips, and tricked all the hacked and rooted ROM users into installing his reality-altering software bundle, nothing can stand in his way. Almost. Revived by Vix, his mind and memories restored from a backup, Dan sets out to find a way to infiltrate The Shard and pull the plug on Project Reality before the few surviving nations of the world choose to stop Jack by taking the extreme step of starting World War 3.Things are, however, not quite as straight forward as they seem, and Dan soon discovers that there is a far greater foe lurking just beneath the surface.
