It is summer and Lexi is throwing a pool party. Kip and his family are there along with Peyton's new bestie,

Rachelle. Blake finds Rachelle more than intriguing, but she's stand-offish.

During a cooking lesson with Hilda, Max's chef, Rachelle has to interact with

Blake as he expresses interest in what they're doing and he's made to cut up veggies for them if he wants to participate.

The two end the night with a kiss and both feel something spring to life like they've never felt before,

but neither wants to admit it to the other. Ending in them saying goodbye as they part ways.
