Lucian's Trial

Lucian's dreams are haunted by his mother's reported death years before. His waking hours are centered on serving his clan and making his father proud. But when a traitor strikes at the heart of their village, Lucian's magic develops into something else entirely. The tribesman call it the work of the devil, Shey'tan, but his new friend Dara calls it something else entirely. Lucian must choose to live a lie and remain with his people, or wander the mountains with Dara in search of answers even the masters of their tribe are too superstitious to answer.
