Over Buffalo wings and cheap wine, Nicole Gordan and her girlfriends cook up a scheme to host private psychic-reading parties each week as an added source of income. Nikki, a telemarketer who has recently moved to Philadelphia from Delaware is a bit apprehensive about the idea but gets into the spirit of things as the events grow in popularity--until she is fed bogus information.

Adam Bastille despises any hint of fraud. His goal is to bust the all-girl physic scam that has taken his cousin's money. When he sits down for a reading with Nikki, he is surprised that she reads him like an open book, and unexpectedly finds himself falling under her spell.
