About This Book
Carey Winston marries Lieutenant Randolph "Randy" Foster, who she's only known for a week. They have a week together before he leaves to fight the European Theater. He's a paratrooper. Carey goes to live with Randy's family while he's gone. It's difficult being apart and Carey makes some mistakes.
