Love Lost

When Rebecca decides to leave the city and buy a cottage in a small town, to write her next novel, she never expected to be moving into a world of murder, betrayal, and secrets. She meets and falls in love with the local handyman Dustin and together they unravel a world of mysteries involving her new cottage, her father, and some of the town heads. When Rebecca moves her father into the cottage from the city more mysteries start to unravel. Things start to move quickly and Rebecca finds her fathers past holds more than she could have imagined. She meets Dustin's ex fiancee Jenny who starts causing a lot of problems with their relationship and with the town heads. When Rebecca asks her agent Vicky for help, her agent discovers more about Rebecca's father which involves Dustin's family and a major cover-up. Rebecca decides to find out more about the old owner of the cottage, she finds out about a rape in the cottage and a baby who is now living among the town folk, but who is it? Now Rebecca and Dustin want to know the truth about the baby and who it is. This now stirs up a lot of chaos between their families and some of the town heads. Along the way Rebecca falls pregnant with complications, but gives birth to a beautiful little girl. Dustin proposes to Rebecca and the wedding plans begin with a few problems from Dustin's ex fiance. Rebecca amongst all the chaos finishes her novel and marries Dustin, and has a whole new family and life to enjoy. Or so the book leads you to believe "
