Love Blooms

Marcie Conner, a divorced mother of three young children, lives on a farm where she and her family raise and sell flowering plants. She meets Deputy Sheriff Kyle Hughes after teenage joy-riders destroy a field of valuable daylily plants. Marcie and Kyle have an adversarial first meeting but soon realize there could be more between them. Marcie and Kyle's attempts at romance are hindered, however, by the recalcitrance of Marcie's daughter, who isn't happy about this new development in her mother's personal life and makes no secret of the fact. Kyle's joy-riding nephews also prove difficult to handle, and he and Marcie must both come to terms with their family difficulties in order to get their relationship off the ground.
