Little Miss Goody Two Shoes

Sometimes when you are really good, people might call you a little 'Miss Goody Two Shoes'. But you shouldn't think of that as a bad thing, even if those who say it mean it as a bad thing, because it is always right to be good; and it is always completely wrong to be bad or to do things that are bad! The phrase 'goody two shoes' comes from the title of a nursery tale "The History of Little Goody Two-Shoes," published way back in 1765; but this book has nothing to do with that. This book has to do with choices that you make, choices to be good or to be bad, no matter what you may be called.

Use this fun, 'learn to read' book to think about choices, as you practice your reading skills using word recognition, word repetition and rhyme. Think about a subject that's important to you, and then try your hand at making a book of your very own!
