Stumper is back in the sewer searching for Big Bertha. But no matter where he goes in the maze of pipes, he can't find her. His friends, the Red-Eyed Gang, haven't seen her. Hissy the snake hasn't seen her either. And a new friend, Little Frog, has heard of her, but is afraid of the frog hunters. What to do? Then one day he finds a pond he's not seen before. In the middle, sitting on a lily pad, is Lily. She's the most beautiful female frog he's ever seen! Wow! Will Lily make him forget Big Bertha and even Freddie?
