About This Book

On an ordinary Sunday afternoon Miguel Cavanaugh is suddenly not himself. If this is a bad dream he cannot seem to awaken from it. Life is not fair, but it is usually rather predictable. Miguel doesn't know where he will be next. Or who. His concern is always for his identical twin brother, Hanson. His older fraternal twin brothers, Carlos and Jeremiah. And his oldest brother, Wilson. Some of them may not still be around. And it may be Miguel's fault. Or perhaps they were never there. Miguel has to unravel what's going on because you can't live life and not know! Help arrives in the form of the mysterious Attendant whose ability to change the world is uncanny, but imperfect. Perhaps Miguel himself is not real. Michael Coble and his children figure into this somehow. And to add to the confusion, the Attendant keeps insisting that none of this is a dream.
