Libby's Got the Beat

When Libby's school ranks the lowest in the province for their test results, the school hires tough Professor Brayne to bring the students' marks up to average. His first move is to cancel all extra-curricular activities: no sports, no clubs, and no music. Libby and her pals have to show their parents, teachers, and the community the value of learning outside the classroom.
