Levels of Power: The Legislator United States border security is in shambles. The Mexican drug cartels have organized and illegal drugs are crossing the U. S. / Mexican border in record amounts. United State Senators Randy Fisher and Tom Evans know to solve the border problem they must take on both the illegal drug problem and the illegal immigration issue at the same time. As they prepare to submit to the U.S. Legislature two new and controversial bills to finally solve the growing problem with illegal drugs and resolve the status of 20 million illegal immigrants living within the United States they know they must face the Mexican drug cartels and take on a more powerful foe...the President of the United States.
