Lena's Way

This story is the second one in the American Adventure series. It follows the 'Lacey' story, continuing with her adopted son, Sam Albert. Sam is now twenty-one years old and a successful carpenter. He has become a good friend to the daughters of Mayor Parker.After a snow storm Sam discovers a hidden box underneath the floorboards in the Parker family home. This is just the first obstacle for Lena Parker to overcome with Sam Albert by her side. The story revolves around Lena Parker and her influence on the people she comes in contact with, including slave boss, Jed Parker and slave owner, Steven Gifford.Although this story is part of a series, it can stand easily by itself.
