The terrorist organization known as the "Reman Army of Liberation" has hatched a new and deadly plot in their drive to free their planet from the domination of the Romulans. And it falls to an untested Warden of the Central Spiral Collective's Constabulary, Lixu Rodriguez, to foil the scheme. With a group of misfits as his only back-up, he travels from one end of the Collective to another in hot pursuit as the stakes grow higher and higher.
