All mothers feel a special connection to their unborn children, but when you're a psychic, sometimes that connection is more real than you'd like. Jennifer Blake is expecting, although she has no idea what's really in store for her. To make matters worse, a stranger arrives in Stockton, intent on taking advantage of the town's local tragedy. But when an old friend asks for her help with a cold case, she's caught in the middle of an obsession dating back decades.
