Leelu and the Ghost Costume

Join Leelu on a heartwarming adventure full of kindness, acceptance, understanding, and friendship. It's the day after Halloween and Leelu is still wearing her ghost costume. All her thoughtful ghost pals want to know why. She explains that it's cozy, protects her eyes and ears from bright lights and loud sounds and that she doesn't have to worry about where to look when she's talking to people. Luckily, her friends know just what to do! Leelu and the Ghost Costume highlights some of the struggles of neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, etc.) kids (and adults) and demonstrates ways that caregivers, friends and family members can help accommodate their needs and support them.
