Lane and the Lycans

Lane Kata is on a mission from hell. Spy on the wolf-shifters and report back to his vampire master. Things go horribly wrong when a bear decides to have the cat-shifter for dinner. Two lycans intervene, and Lane is sure he'll end up as wolf kibble instead of bear meat, but Nicky Birch is a do-gooder wildlife enthusiast, and he's determined to keep the lynx safe. His mate, Doug Wilder, agrees, but only until Nicky finds a wildlife sanctuary that will care for the cat. Lane discovers that not all wolves are savages as he was led to believe. When he develops a crush on his captors, he can't help shifting to his human form and jumping into their bed. The sex is great, but Lane knows there's no future for a cat and two dogs. He returns to the vampire Colony, but his master has already replaced him, and his days are numbered.
