Lakota Winds

When his wife and young son are slaughtered by Crow warriors, Wind Dancer is left embittered and lonely. Intent only on duty to his people, he never imagines that it will force him to take another woman into his life.

Chumani too has lost much to tribal wars. Seeking revenge for the murder of her husband and child, the beautiful warrior rides fiercely against her enemies, and vows never again to marry.
