Kissing A Dead Man

April is living a fantasy life, a safe life, in and out of dreams about Freddie, a famous rock star; however, she longs to have real relationships with real people. After she makes the decision to give up her fantasy life and face reality, April tries unsuccessfully to create a normal life for herself. She struggles with loneliness, shyness and lack of social skills, nearly being defeated; she then finds herself seeking help at a little neighborhood church.Encompassed by the love of Christ shared through this church family, April’s life transforms and blossoms, as she accepts the life God has planned for her. She finds her place among loving friends, witnesses miracles in her family and, eventually, experiences a real love of her own.
