Kisses Leave No Fingerprints

Willie Halliday, the non-drinking, non smoking private eye is enjoying a quiet holiday in Ireland studying his Buddhist manuscripts. The peace is shattered by the long-legged, red-headed Mrs. Charlotte Ashley who offers to buy him a drink. It's the kind of invitation Willie can't resist. Later, back in England, he reluctantly agrees to help her collect evidence for her divorce case. But it seems she's not told him everything and the case quickly turns in to a murder investigation. The action moves from the elegant corridors of a powerful West End advertising agency, via a hostile South Wales coast, to a seedy hotel in Paddington. Willie needs all his wits about him, and the help of Phoebe, his Amazonian secretary who used to box for Rodean, a sympathetic doctor, and some friendly Covent Garden porters to get out of it alive.
