Kindred Desires

Determined to save her farm from destruction, Heather Scott submits an anonymous letter to the editor of the Scottsburg Sentinal, the newspaper in the nearby town. When the editor, Scott MacPherson reads it, he is equally determined to find the author. To his amazement, it is the young woman who had spurned his friendship only days earlier.Upon learning that a family feud erupted during his extended stay in Boston, Scott sets out to mend some fences, as well as convince Heather to not only let him help her but also court her.Heather balks at both, stubbornly determined to maintain her independence in a time when women were only beginning to become true citizens of Wyoming.
