Clint Adams has finally met his match...at least when it comes to poker. Playing against cardsharp O.G. Phipps. the Gunsmith is folding faster than a union tent in a tornado. It isn't much consolation when Phipps raises the ante and has Clint bunk up at his Kentucky ranch for a high-stakes Derby week of fast dealing and
even faster horses.

But Clint stands to lose a lot more than his shirt after getting a taste of Southern hospitality from two Kentucky belles. Caught between a pair of hot-blooded beauties, the Gunsmith squares off against a sharpshootin' stranger who hates him for two reasons: one fine lady is his fiancee and the other is his bitterest racetrack rival.
