Kill McCoy

It's been a year since SWAT commander Lieutenant Jack McCoy was nearly killed in an attempt on his life orchestrated by a corrupt CIA official and a Russian diplomat. Life is good again...until his girlfriend is attacked in her home by gang members heavily involved in the Las Vegas drug trade. Then Jack's housekeeper and close confidante is savagely murdered. On her body he finds a calling card he last saw in a jungle combat zone over twenty years ago. Before he can make sense of these brutal events, Jack's daughter is kidnapped from her school in California. He receives a video that shows her being raped by one of her kidnappers and a voice with a message: come to us or we will send you her head! Jack's shock and dismay quickly turns into a furious rage as he struggles to comprehend who and what is behind this sudden attack on the people close to him. In the end it doesn't matter who they are or their motivation. When they took his daughter, they crossed a line of no return. It's clear someone has declared war on him. And war is something Jack McCoy knows well.
