Kate's Curse

By the time that Kate had buried her second husband, she knew that she was cursed when it came marriage. She vowed to never again utter the words ‘I do'. Then she met Arthur Hancock. Arthur was elderly, and already dying, when Kate met him. When his dying wish was for Kate to become his wife, she felt that no harm could be done if she humored her good friend by honoring his final request. Little did she know. Not only did Arthur leave her an unwanted inheritance, but he also left her in the hands of his handsome young attorney, Michael Canham.
