About This Book

Appearances can be misleading; they can prove deadly, too. This is something soon learned by Franco and Sputnik, two small time playboy drug dealers from Key West. As a favor to an old time mobster friend, Franco persuades Sputnik to take a job roughing up some punk who is having an affair with the wife of a Mafia client. What they don't realize is that the punk in question is not only a made man, but also the nephew of a big time New York godfather. Worse yet, the woman in question is anything but a casual, misbehaving housewife. In fact, she soon proves to be one of the deadliest creatures that Franco and Sputnik have ever met, with all kinds of "past karma" hot on her trail. By taking on the job they become entangled in her affairs, and involved in a series of gruesome murders and events that take them, and her, from New York to Miami all the way down to Mexico, with the DEA, CIA, Russians, and Mexican syndicates hot on the trail after them.
