Kara's Love

18-year-old Kara loses her parents in a truck accident. A senior in college, Kara is forced to sell the debt-ridden family ranch. Her destiny changes. Kara drops out of school. To make money she contracts for a year to be a nanny for four young children whose mother dies in childbirth. The children’s father, Loren, is a medical doctor who just completed an alcohol rehabilitation program.

As a future elementary school teacher Kara sees the nanny position as a perfect fit for her new plans for her life. She and the four children soon love each other very much. But Loren comes to love her too. He asks her to marry him. Kara struggles with her plan for her life. She returns to University and completes her student teaching, her final semester. She falls in love with Loren and begins teaching. Time and space give Kara and Loren the choice they both desire.
