Hapless Iggy Laut can't seem to win at gambling and his drug habit doesn't help. His job managing real estate for wealthy clients on a resort island only tempts him into greater and greater gambits to garner larger amounts of money to feed his monsters. Eventually, he manages to cross the New Orleans mob while the mafia is under investigation by the FBI and other agencies. In a desperate attempt to save his own skin, Iggy conjures up a plan that will pay off all his debts and keep him in money for illegal gambling.
