Phoenix Force commando Rafael Encizo has vanished in Mexico while on a personal quest for his long-lost brother. His trail leads to the remote jungles of the Yucatan Peninsula, which becomes a savage hell zone as the Force launches a search-and-save mission.

Knowing that Encizo is on a deadly collision course with a Mexican terrorist army, the men of the Force cut through the constricting tentacles of the KGB to sweep the jungle in kill-mode. But this time they are on their own—with no presidential sanction, they simply can't risk capture!
