July-For months, Ricky and I have been flirting every morning…at least, I think we have. It feels like flirting. But shouldn't he have asked me out by now? Am I making all of this up in my head? Should I find out his last name before I start worrying about going on a date with him?Ricky-I know I have to tell her the truth, but I'm afraid it will ruin everything. No one wants to be the girl who's dating the boss. Not that we're dating. Not yet. Maybe not ever if I don't find the courage to finally ask her out.
