As a private investigator, Dominic had pried into her family's not-too-pretty past and reported all to her sister's prospective, and titled, father-in-law. Now the engagement and her sister's heart were broken.

So, while Dominic's current investigation involved her firm, Honor resolved to quash her more primitive, female instincts. And she stood a chance of succeeding until Dominic focused his attentions on her.
