A vital secret from the Second World War is uncovered when a group of Aborigines accidentally set fire to the bush. Paddy Thorne, a NASA employee, steals a photograph of the scene with a view to diplomatic blackmail. He enlists the help of Australian adventurer, Vic Bannister in his escape from those sent to assassinate him and, as the pace hots up, Thorne and Bannister begin to realise they have uncovered a betrayal of such magnitude it could shake the Western world. Now too many people want them dead - and there is nowhere left to hide!
