Journey of Blood is a story of love, evil, salvation, and damnation. Taking place ten years after A Reckoning In Goldenburg, it follows the life of Tamara Sampson as she deals with the most notorious and sinister creatures in the West Texas/Southern New Mexico area in the 1890s. Beginning with Part 1: The Hand of God, (Also available separately as a stand-alone novella of the same name) Tamara has moved on since the love of her life was gunned down in Goldenburg. Mike Austin finds her living in the Amador Hotel in Las Cruces. He delivers a grim message: Lucas Haynes is out of prison and looking for her. Her life is in danger. In Part 2: The Dragon Ladies, we see the origin of how two sinister women begin their unholy relationship, murdering unsuspecting victims in El Paso. They hatch a plan to take over the neighboring town of Wet Gulch. Greed, betrayal, and vengeance fuel their black souls. In Part 3: The Lady Gunslinger, (Also available separately as a stand-alone novel of the same name) Tamara Sampson has to use her skills to compete in a forced gunfighter contest in Wet Gulch, set to lure and kill the fastest gunfighter around- Torrence Daniels. Her triumph or defeat will determine the fate of the entire town. Innocent souls hang in the balance. Will she succeed and save the town, or lose her new love in a moment of weakness? Part 4: is The Reckoning, and follows the aftermath of the terrible events in Part 3. But it's not over. The most difficult challenge yet is faced by the survivors of the gunfighter contest.
