Jeepers Creepers!: The Squirrels Are Coming

Lauryn Killpepper finds two bushy-tailed babies in her backyard, and she wants to adopt them. A wildlife commissioner discourages her, but she convinces him to let her rear the babies. The babies grow up and perform some of the most breathtaking acrobatics imaginable: jumping rope and retrieving pencils. Later, she teaches the squirrels how to survive in the forest, but the trees will soon become timber. She fears she will never see her pets again, and she sets out to establish a squirrel refuge. However, the squirrels plot to frighten the loggers. They caboodle together in stand-ins, forming a giant furry ball with a thousand eyes. Each day the furred ball magnifies and the loggers bolt for cover. Nevertheless, the squirrels fail to stop the loggers from cutting down the tall trees, but they gain the attention of the news media, and the town comes to their rescue.
