Jacob's Promise

Jacob Henderson is the successful publisher of Northwest Artist, and he thrives on the hustle and bustle of life in the big city. He's driven by both his passion for the arts and his extremely competitive nature. Nothing could ever mar the perfect niche he's spent his life building in the years since his parents perished on an African mission field. Glory Frank is an arts columnist for a small town paper. Although she likes her job, her true desire requires an opportunity she feels she may never have. When their paths cross quite by chance, neither of them has any idea that their coincidental meeting will entwine their destinies forever. Jacob soon discovers that things aren't always as they seem, however. When the phone call comes from the director of the Kenya Mission Support Project, he soon begins to discover a surprising truth about a promise he made long ago, and about the power of the God Jacob had grown to despise.
